01 General Terms

02 Account Registration

To open an account with CB77, the following conditions must be met:

Update Account Information

If any of your personal details change (address, phone number, or email), notify the CB77 support team immediately. CB77 will not be held responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by incorrect information.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

CB77 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. KYC verification is therefore mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Submitting incomplete or fraudulent documents may result in permanent account closure.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• CB77 reserves the right to change odds at any time.
• Involvement in match fixing or any other unethical activity will result in account closure.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, CB77 will make a decision following an investigation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CB77. Involvement in any of these may result in account closure and potential legal action:

08 Account Closure & Suspension

CB77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time and without notice, particularly if:

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory authority is received.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid funds will be returned subject to verification.

09 Responsible Gaming

CB77 believes betting should be a source of fun. We encourage our members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
• Session Limits: Enable automatic logout after a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between CB77 and a member, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support team, it may be escalated to CB77's licensing authority. CB77 is bound by the decisions of international arbitration bodies.

11 Changes to Terms

CB77 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of CB77 after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
